Born in Hazleton, PA in 1959, Bob attended
St. Francis College on a Division I Basketball Scholarship.
He remains active in local athletics as both a coach and sponsor
in the West Hazleton and St. Jude's (Mountaintop) Sports Programs.
He is on the Board of Directors for the West Hazleton Booster
Club and continues to serve many local charities in various
capacities.
Bob
was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987; 1988 U.S. District
Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. EDUCATION:

Jill
A. Moran, Esquire
Born in Hazleton, PA in 1969, Jill is a lifelong
resident of the Hazleton area, and is actively involved in
the community. She serves as Vice-Chairperson of Catholic
Social Services and is a Board Member and sits on the Nominating
Committee of the Penn's Woods Girl Scout Council. Jill also
is a member of the Hazleton Art League. A graduate of Gettysburg
College, she remains involved in college affairs as a member
of the Alumni Executive Board. In addition, she coaches the
Hazleton Area High School Mock Trial Team, and is a Graduate
Assistant for the Dale Carnegie course. Jill was elected Prothonotary
of Luzerne County in November, 2001 and is currently serving
a four year term in office.
Jill
was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993; in 1994, she
was admitted to practice before the US District Court, Eastern
and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. EDUCATION: B.A.
- Gettysburg College (magna cum laude; phi beta kappa); JD

the Cali award for most outstanding member of Mock Trial Team,
and was a regional semifinalist at the National Mock Trial

Born in West Islip, New York in 1966, and has
resided in Pennsylvania since 1985. Steve enjoys family activities,

Seigendall Sebelin, Esquire
Born
in Hazleton, PA in 1976; and a graduate of Weatherly High
School in 1994. Jane also attended her senior year of high
school at Colegio Hispano-Ingles, Santa Cruz de Tenerife,
Spain. Jane is a resident of Weatherly and is a member of
the Silver Ridge Hunting Club.
Jane
was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2001. In 2001, she
received the Jefferson Rights Award and the CALI award for
most outstanding in state and local tax. At the Pennsylvania
State University, Jane was admitted to the Schreyers Honors
Program and the Economic Honors Program, the oldest honors
program at Penn State. While at Penn State, Jane conducted
her thesis on hedonic damages and was a member of the Penn
State National Mock Trial Team, a participant in the Penn
State Research Fair, and an independent researcher of Game
Theory. EDUCATION: Pennsylvania State University, 1997

Mae T. Webby, Esquire
Born
in Lansing, Michigan in 1979, Angel Mae has resided in Pennsylvania
since 1980. She enjoys outdoor activities, singing, and working
out. Angel Mae is active in her local church and volunteer
fire department.
Angel
Mae was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2004. She received
the Nadel Scholarship and Pinkus Grant for academic achievement.
Also, while at Dickinson Law School she was active in leadership
and committee positions. While at King's College she graduated
in the Honors Program. EDUCATION: King's College -
2001 B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Dickinson School
